Mini Statement
BAHL Visa Debit Card provides the option to get mini statement of your account at any BAHL ATM showing details of the last 8 transactions carried out in your account.
Global Customer Assistance Services
BAHL Visa Debit Card users can receive global assistance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from VISA Global Customer Assistance Services (GCAS) while travelling overseas. This service can be used to report lost/stolen card or any other urgent queries.
Zero Loss Liability
If your BAHL Card is lost/stolen, immediately call us at Bank AL Habib Phone Banking on 111-014-014 or 0800-00006 to report the loss/theft, or contact VISA Global Customer Assistance Services (GCAS) if you are travelling overseas. Once you have reported the loss/theft to the Bank/GCAS, you will be absolved from the financial liability for any unauthorised transaction on your Card after your reporting. |
