Resolution. Pursuant to this resolution, consent and permission
has been received from Karachi Stock Exchange, Lahore Stock
Exchange, Islamabad Stock Exchange and Securities and Exchange
Commission of Pakistan for transmission of Bank's Quarterly
/ Half Yearly accounts, with effect from 2nd Quarter 2005, through
