- To identify customer needs and refer customers to appropriate banking services/specialists.
- To educate customers on use of internet banking, call center and other digital channels.
- To monitor service standards and branch ambience.
- Ability to prepare and maintain weekly reporting.
- To register customer complaints and provide complete information of products/services.
