eStatement is the electronic version of your account physical statement. You can view and print your statement right from your computer whenever you need it. You will start receiving the eStatement service within three business days after registration. For different accounts you need to update different email IDs in each account in order to get registered for each of them.

How to register for e-Statement?
• Download online form or collect it from Bank AL Habib branch.
• Fill and submit the form at your relationship branch.
Bank AL Habib account holders may also subscribe to E-Statements by calling the 24/7 call center at (+92 21) 111-014-014 from their registered mobile number.
Corporate customers may only register for E-Statement facility by submitting the application form at their relationship branch.

- How do I sign up for e-Statements?
You can go with any of the below ways to get yourself register for the service:
- By visiting your parent branch where your account is maintained to fill up the prescribed form.
- By calling our Helpline (+92 21) 111-014-014 from your Bank updated contact number. The service can only be enrolled through Helpline if you have already updated your email address in our records.
- You will start receiving e-Statement within three business days after successful registration. For different accounts you need to update different email IDs in each account to get register for each account.

It's fast, secure and right there at your registered email ID with the Bank.
- When can I view my e-Statement?
After registration, you will receive e-Statement on your registered email address available in the Bank’s record. As an additional security of customer’s information, e-Statement is password protected.
- May I view my electronic statement without signing up for e-Statements?
No, you must sign up for e-Statement service.
- How do I save my e-Statement for future reference?
e-Statements will be available at your registered email with the Bank. You can save the PDF file in your own computer / device for as long as you like. For customer’s information security e-Statement is password protected.
- Can I access an e-Statement for all of my accounts?
Yes. We offer the option of receiving e-Statements for each of your accounts.
- Is there a charge for e-Statements?
No, there is no charge. e-Statements are FREE!
- Will I be able to print my e-Statement?
Yes. Once you open the e-Statement you will be able to print it just like you print any document on your computer.
- Do I need any special software to view my e-Statement?
Yes. You will need to have a recent version of Adobe Reader installed on your computer.

- How do I cancel my e-Statement?
You may terminate your e-Statement service at any time by a written request at your parent branch or call Helpline.
- Can I receive both paper and electronic statements?
No. You will receive one or the other for a particular account; however you have the option to select paper and electronic statements at your different accounts.
