PACRA UPGRADES RATINGS OF BANK AL HABIB LIMITED
PACRA has upgraded the long-term rating of Bank AL Habib Limited to “AA+” (Double A plus), the ratings of the unsecured, subordinated TFC issues have also been upgraded to “AA” (Double A), while maintaining the short-term rating at “A1+” (A one plus). These ratings denote very low expectation of credit risk emanating from a very strong capacity for timely payment of financial commitments.

Inauguration of new branch
By the grace of Almighty Allah, Bank AL Habib Limited branch network now has 249 branches including two offshore Banking Units in Bahrain and EPZ. The latest branch added to our network is now operational in G-9 Markaz, Islamabad. effective September 29, 2009.
